职位描述：
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
? Build up the raw materials databases based on the current raw materials sourcing base
? Cost accounting control, negotiate the raw materials cost and provide the latest cost analysis report seasonally.
? Coordinate with Developments teams to support their development inquiries of new materials and find the backup raw materials vendor for the key materials we are using if need.
? Lead trouble-shooting and solve technical and manufacturing issue related to all direct and indirect materials.
? Periodic report the progress of projects, deliver committed project targets.
? Support R&D in case of material issues. Lead and coordinate raw materials and key manufacturing process approval.
? Work with product development team to identify appropriate material/process standards for components.
? Work with our key suppliers to develop our own new materials.
? Source new available material/component case by case from market.
? If material/component/accessory is not affordable during pricing stage then help to find another cheap version material/component/accessory.
? Build up good relationship with our core material suppliers and work with them to develop our core materials.
? Build up good relationship with outside good material suppliers and introduce to our key suppliers.
? Build up the KIP to manage our raw material suppliers’ performance and strategy.
? Keep updated on raw material suppliers’ strengths and weaknesses, and work on their development capability, quality and sustainability.
? Monitor and drive down overall cost of materials including materials costs, freight expenses, administration expenses, and cost of materials management Ensure that MPV is optimized.
? Develop quarterly and annual work goals and plans and make the appropriate budget.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
? Bachelor in Textiles engineering.
? Above 5 years working experience, with textile background preferred
? Strong problem solving ability.
? Excellent excel and PPT. application ability.
? Strong communication working in an international and multicultural team.
? Result orientation & attention to detail, good execution with following up work habit.
? Excellent written / reading / speaking mandarin and good oral English ability.
