Job Brief:
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Russian speaking BD(Business Development) executive to help us expand our clientele. You will have the dedication to create and implement an effective partners acquisition strategy for Russian speaking countries.

Responsibilities:
1.Develop a growth strategy focused on partner acquisition for Russian speaking countries.
2.Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
3.Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
4.Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
5.Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
6.Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
7.Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
8.Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
9.Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
10Translating company’s news from English to Russian
11.Digital marketing on Russian platforms
 
Job Requirement:
1.Native speaker in Russian and fluency in English
2.BSc/BA in business administration or other relevant qualification
3.Proven working experience in business development or relevant role
4.Demonstrable experience in business development
5.Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
6.Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g. DART, Atlas)
7.Knowledge of mobile game industry
8.Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
9.Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Netlnsight, Omniture, Web Trends)
10. Familiar with social software in Russia, such as Yandex.
