职位描述：
1) Responsible to lead a Team of reliability engineers to handle CN1 projects
2) Develop processes and staffing to execute a world class reliability program quickly
3) Oversee product reliability and manage custom test activities from KO to EOL
4) DRI for Reliability function and contact point with Customer
5) Manage the test team on site and conduct training/coaching, skills development
6) Manage REL test resources to meet NPI schedule with high quality output
7) Plan REL test resources, approve test plan, review data pack and reports
8) Willing to work long hours and at weekends per project needs (high demanding)
9) Willing to travel to factories and suppliers for Technical development and support
10) Strong problem solving skills and capable to work under pressure
Requirement:
1) Exceptional strong in people’s skills and poses multi-task organizing abilities
2) Excellent communication Skills, spoken/written Chinese and English proficiency
3) Bachelor holder or above in EE, ME or Physics, Project, Business management
4) Minimum 10 years relevant working experience in Power Supply industry
5) Knowledge on SMPS design, high power product development, and testing methods
6) Assertive, Supporting, strong team work, good planning and work Independently
7) Essential supervision & Team management skill.
