职位描述：
岗位职责
1、负责贯彻和执行国家相关政策法规；
2、负责公司质量管理体系的有效运行和维护，落实纠正预防和持续改进措施；
3、负责指导各部门建立质量管理规程（流程、职责、绩效指标、操作规程等），并监督执行；
4、负责组织质量管理体系及质量控制方面的培训；
5、负责行使管理者代表的职责，定期组织各工厂进行管理评审，并汇总评审报告给最高管理者；
6、负责实施质量的监督、审核和责任裁定及质量处罚的工作；
7、负责主要供应商的考核和审批；指导、协助重大客户投诉的处理；
8、熟悉塑胶，五金，线材及包材的检验，有数字电视机顶盒厂工作经验优先考虑。

Shenzhen Reako Technology Company Limited was established in 2012 and staffed with 800 skilled employees, is mainly engaged in the research, production and sales of digital audio-video products. The main product lines we owned range from series digital TV Set top box including DVB-T/T2, DVB-S/S2, DVB-C receiver, ATSC HD converter, ISDB-T receiver, Android receiver to Hybrid Combo, such as Android+DVB-T2, Android+DVB-S2 etc.
REAKO has a strong R&D team with over 40 engineers and most of the technicians have been brainstormed in the professional research laboratory abroad and they have acquired rich exploitation experience in the field of digital products including audio-video products.
