3、良好的谈判技巧，对市场变化保有敏锐度；

5、能吃苦耐劳，具有良好的团队合作精神。
6、熟悉相关质量体系标准，精通采购业务，具备良好的沟通能力、谈判能力和成本意识；
7、筛选合作的供应商，并负责协商采购交易条件；
8、采购进度的追踪；
9、审核一般商品采购申请；
10、市场调查。
