IP Patent Specialist ( 國際產權註冊管理師 )

- 商標/專利註冊流程管理

- 商標/專利申請及文件處理

- 個案初步分析及成功率評估

- 略了解歐美地區申請基本要求

- 與國內外設計師及工程師溝通協調

- 與國外專利代理及國外銷售代表溝通協調

- 個案進度管控

- 商標及專利年費進進及管控

- 商標及專利成本管控

- 審閱國內及國外合同及法務文件

- 文書處理及檔案管理

- 職務代理其他人事行政工作

Back ground :

- College/university graduated, one of the major in International Business, Administration Management, Business Law, Patent Law, Human Resource.

- Good in speaking, listening, and writing English.

- More than 7 years work experience international business.

- At least 5 years experience in international IP operation.

- Business administration and filing management.

- With interested and sense in one of Information Technology (IT) field or HRM for future development.

- Microsoft Office Word, Excel operation & Power Point.

- Good Chinese and English typing.
