Job Description
? Define and execute project/contract roll-outs in coordination with demand side detailed plans;
? Deploy procurement strategy by combining procurement techniques and sourcing plans;
? Establish programs for developing:
o Supplier relationships
o Negotiations
o Performance Measurement /Feedback;
? Contribute to the development of commodity strategies;
? Maintain a preferred supplier database;
? Develop and maintain appropriate linkages with development, finance and service within various Categories to ensure successful execution of strategies;
? Develops procurement policy for a specific portfolio on Sector/Company level;
? Drives synergies/improvement for assigned portfolio;
? Works closely with the Procurement Engineers (in BOM).
Report :
? Hierarchically to Global Commodity Manager Plastic & Optics
? Functional link to Mechanical regional Manager
Scope
1. Scope covers Plastic components ( different technologies : Molding, extrusion , blow molding , secondary technologies like assembly , printing, welding …)
2. Responsible for management of Tier 1 / Tier 2 for APR region and potentially global suppliers
3. Support to Home system business


Profile
? Mechanical engineer with knowledge in Molding
? 5 + years experience as Strategic Buyer or Procurement Engineer in similar industry
? Fluent in English
? Good communication / negotiation / analytic skills
