SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITES:
? Provide the full spectrum of Human resources support for Shenzhen office (job advertisement, interview, initial evaluation for the interviewee, assessment arrangements, preparation of Labor Contract, termination of the contracts, dismissal etc)
? Assist in bookkeeping duties
? Assist in formulating, implementing and reviewing human resources & administration policies, procedures and guidelines
? Provide support in the initiation, development and implementation of major projects and ad hoc projects
? Maintain good employee relationships and to facilitate on-going communication across all levels and to promote employee engagement
? Assist in managing general office administrative functions including office renovation, insurance, office equipment and supplies procurement
? Handle the ad-hoc tasks assigned by Director - Global HR, admin and IT
? Publicise local HR policies and programs aligned to business needs and communicate effectively to colleagues
? Create and implement employee relations policies to help increase employees’ job satisfaction
? Establish an orientation procedure for onboarding new hires and training them to meet the needs of the company
? Communicate with employees about compensation, benefits and other facets of their employment
? Trace China Labor Law and other local regulations and timely advise to Director - Global HR, admin and IT
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree or above degree required. Major in HR or attendance in related courses. HR professional Certificate is a plus
? At least 6 solid years of relevant experience in HR & Administration, of which 3 years are at the supervisory level
? Having basic accounting and new branch or company set up and operate experience is required
? Good HR & Administration experience obtained from a trading company/ buying office
? Good leadership, project management and problem solving skills
? Good negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills
? Good communication skills with strong command in English and Putonghua
? Good judgement with ability to make correct commercial decisions
? Pro-active, hunger for success, organized and self-motivated
? Regular business travel to suppliers and Dongguan office
? Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
? Familiar with local labor regulations, management of remuneration, manpower, insurances, training etc
? Have office renovation experience is preferred
? Be familiar with relevant government working procedure
