职位描述：
Job Title: Project Manager
Department: Mobile Engine Services-Customer Services
Report to: Head of MES customer services
【Responsibilities】
Management of MES customer inquiries and single contract conclusion (25%)
？ Acceptance and coordination of customer inquiries.
？ Develop, issue and negotiate proposals, including calculation and coordination with LTS MES product lines
？ Negotiate and conclude single contracts

MES customer event-management comprising (75%)
？ All customer communication
？ Coordination of induction dates and field team events
？ Preparation of cost estimates
？ Check and coordinate work scope with customer supported by engineering
？ Internal order management into MES repair stations with work scope, cost, quality and turnaround time coordination incl. Open, control and close Repair Orders for MES Repair Stations
？ Event status monitoring and reporting towards customer incl. Clarification and coordination of technical and commercial issues (e.g. work scope extensions, parts exchange offers, parts replacements etc.) and coordination / submission of maintenance records
？ responsible for the invoicing process incl. but not limited to preparation, release, credit notes and outstanding management
？ Customer relationship management (feedback management, customer visits, event review meetings etc.)
？ Analysis calculation of event profits/losses and feedback to Key Account Manager regards event KPIs (costs, profit, TAT, quality) as required
？ Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback to MES product management
？ Support the engine Product Sales

All other duties as assigned or required

【Qualifications】
? Bachelor degree or above, majored in engineering, preferred in power plant engineering.
? 2 years successful high level technical Customer services track record minimum;
? Must have extensive experience in aircraft gas turbine engines;
? Extensive Knowledge of LH Group capability, procedures, EDP systems and processes;
? MS Office, MES Calculation Tool, SAP
