1、接受客户咨询，记录客户咨询、投诉内容，按照相应流程给予客户反馈；
2、能及时发现来电客户的需求及意见，并记录整理及汇报；
3、为客户提供完整准确的方案及信息，解决客户问题，提供高质量服务；
4、良好的工作执行力，严格按规范及流程进行工作或相关操作；
任职资格
1、普通话标准，口齿伶俐，语言表达能力强，擅于沟通；
2、头脑清晰，思维敏捷，有良好的销售服务意识，工作耐心细致；
3、性格好，有耐心及责任心；
4、有团队合作精神，具有基本电脑使用能力，有网络销售或电话销售经验者优先；
5、电脑使用熟练，熟悉办公软件和网络工具。
