Job Description:

- 部门文件资料整理和录入
- 负责行政公文、会议纪要、工作报告等起草及日常文秘
What We Are Looking for in You:

- 本科以上学历，英语四级以上，工程类相关专业毕业优先 　
- 喜欢从事工程或技术类相关工作有较好的沟通表达能力及服务意识，一年以上工程助理或文员相关工作经验．
- 工作有条理，细致、认真、有责任心，办事严谨; 　
- 熟练电脑操作及Office办公软件，具备基本的网络知识; 　　
- 具备较强的文字撰写能力和较强的沟通协调以及语言表达能力

Job Description:
- Regular administration work for Engineering department (taking site meeting minute, work report writing and other daily secretarial work)
- Organize project and technical material for archive purpose.
- Input technical data into ERP system.


Requirement:
Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering is preferred.
At least one-year relevant work experience.
English level at CET-4 or above.
Good coordination and communication skill.
Good command of computer software, Microsoft office software.
Well organized, strong sense of responsibility.
