Responsibility:
* Receive the orders from head office and update all information into order tracking sheet in time;
* Be the communication bridge between vendors and forward to make sure the goods could be shipped smoothly;
* Handle the container combination with different vendors;
* Handle Amazon direct order’s logistic issue with different vendors and training them to comply with Amazon logistic requirement.
* Review vendor’s shipping documents and forward to head office in time.
* To deal with office daily express receiving and sending.
Qualification:
* At least 2 years of logistic experience in logistic company or 1st party company logistic department;
* Good ethics and integrity
* Bachelor degree of logistic or similar major
* Capable and experienced in logistic process
* Good analytical and communication skill and logic
* Team player and willing to work overtime
* Passion with proactive and excellent attitude
* Willing to work under pressure
