职位描述：
Job Purpose:
The industrial project senior manager main responsibility is to ensure all industrial activities are executed per plan. Through means like participate the milestone meeting and approval of key milestone after validating the status, leading the transfer project, lead multifunctional team for the success of transfer projects. Ensure the industrialization of transferred products from one location to another location on-time, on-budget and on-quality, own overall transfer project responsibility.
He/She should also support key industrial activities that affecting the operational Excellency for better KPI and financial performance.
Key areas of accountability:
? Monitor teams of project including development, costing, purchasing, quality, and supply chain along with marketing and manufacturing to bring existing production transfer from one location to another location into mass production on-time, on-budget and on-quality and own overall transfer project responsibility through active participation of milestone.
? Supporting to build up project overview which lead to forward looking manufacturing environment which in turn help deriving industrial mid terms plan.
? Set up and sustain KPI following with escalation rules.
? Leading/Coordinating multi-side industrial activities which improve performance.
? Develop and maintain a detailed master industrial schedule with team input, plan and ensure resources are available for the projects. Drive and control project progress and ensure each stage is aligned with the plan and targets.
? Lead the team on evaluations of project risks, supplier base, design feasibility, process and overall schedule and resources. Make decisions based on business program needs and team input and judgement of priority.

Job scope:
Independently manage multiple and complex projects and work with people across at all levels of the organization and external parties. Decisions have directly impacts to the success of projects. Tasks can be very different and require prompt and accurate judgment.
Ability to formulate workable process/system to facilitate organization operations excellency.

Qualification:
? Bachelor degree above. ME , Acoustic, EE, degree preferred
? Minimum 5 years project management experience in the mid to high volume products industry. Must have NPI process experience. Transfer project experience is plus.
? Excellent PM skills on planning, reporting, presenting and decision making.
? Strong business sense including contract, negotiation, supplier management capability
? Global exposure in multinational companies
? Language skills: Fluent in English (both writing and verbal) and Fluent in Mandarin
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with people across at all levels of the organization.
? Logical thinking and demonstrated competencies on handling multiple tasks
? Results oriented, analytical, systematic, mature, proactive, and passionate, open to change
? Experience in manufacturing environment.
