职位描述：
Job Purpose:
Develop and implement commodity strategy in line with PSS business needs and optimize supply base with adequate knowledge of commodity, market trends and competitor benchmarking.
Key areas of accountability:
? Develop global commodity strategies align with PSS business needs and drive financial result by executing strategy.
? Participate REQ and PCP processes to provide the leadership and drive the commodity strategy.
? Work closely with initial purchasers, and teams from project, development and engineering.
? Perform market analysis, benchmark analysis for assigned commodity.
? Optimize supply base with adequate knowledge of commodity, market trends and competitor benchmarking to meet the requirement of continuously cost down and business growth.
? Lead negotiation and contracting for the assigned commodity to support cost competitiveness.
? Scout for potential suppliers which meet our quality requirement with competitive costs and conduct benchmarking activities.
? Provide research, analysis and information on commodity, market, supply base, technology and competition to R&D, PCP and LOB.
? Increases collaboration between local engineering teams and global commodity teams.

Job scope:
Work with people across at all levels of the organization and external parties, Decisions are made with professional knowledge and have directly impacts to the sourcing performance of the company. Tasks can be very different and require prompt and accurate judgment.
Qualification:
? Academic / Professional Qualification: Bachelor degree and above, technical degree preferred.
? Working Experience: Not less than 10 years of commodity management / purchasing experience, international sourcing experience required.
? Expertise/Skills :
？ Demonstrated ability to develop and implement commodity strategies;
？ Skilful and tough negotiator with excellent commercial sense;
？ Knowledgeable in purchased commodities and various manufacturing processes;
？ Good technical understanding, good understanding of cost drivers in procured materials;
? Language skills: Excellent English (writing and speaking)
? Personal Attributes:
？ Strong interpersonal skills, strong communication, analytical and strategic planning capabilities;
？ Self-motivated and result-oriented person with minimal supervision ;
？ High flexibility to adapt to different culture, organization and new requirement by short learning curve.
