职位描述：
职责：
1 处理国外客户的投诉处理，与供应商进行及时的沟通，解决客户的问题, 同时对品质异常进行及时的跟进，同时与公司销售及时的沟通。
2 根据我司产品的品质要求定期在供应商处进行品质检查及品质稽核，确保我们的供应商在生产过程中能够有效地进行质量控制。
3, 帮助供应商改进他们的质量体系，程序和过程并激励供应商继续提供品质如一的产品

Job Description:
1, Deal with customer claim, communicate with supplier to solve the problem, and update the quality issue with sales in the company
2, Audit suppliers frequently in production to make sure the quality is acc to our requirement
3, Improve the supplier quality system


要求：
1. 最少3年的质量工程师经验，精通英文, 需要直接与国外客户邮件和会议沟通
2. 熟练掌握品质测量工具仪器 卡尺 投影机, 三次元
3 熟悉图纸要求，能看懂工程图纸， 熟练掌握品质管理工具 PCDA，FEMA，5W1H，Control plan 以及PPAP的汽车行业文件
4，熟悉五金行业的一些制作工艺，像冷锻，加工，冲压，铸造，钣金，模具
Requirement:
1, At least 3 years working experiences in quality engineer, good English in speaking and especially in writing, need to communicate with customer directly with mail and conference meeting
2, Good knowledge in the measurement equipment, like caliper, projector, gauges, CMM, etc
3, Good knowledge in drawings, prefer the one can make drawings with ProE and Solid Work. Also familiar with quality tools, like PCDA，FEMA，5W1H，Control plan and PPAP documents
4, Good knowledge in production process like cold forming, CNC machining, stamping, forging, casting and molding.
