职位描述：
岗位职责Responsibilities
1.Represent Microsoft and communicate with APJ Microsoft Cloud customers in Cantonese & English.
2.Manage relationships with multiple customers, partners and collaborate with MS people;
3.Use standard processes, implement existing diagnosis methods, solutions/workarounds to effectively deal with issues to help customers achieve MS Cloud products deployment and customer satisfaction;
4.Drive active users on Microsoft Cloud products;
5.Document incidents, report customer suggestions and issues to Microsoft.

岗位要求Requirements
1.Excellent English written and oral skills (CET 6 or equivalent);
2.Excellent and pure Cantonese；
3.Basic technical skills in Windows Operating systems/Networking/Exchange Server/SharePoint Server/Lync Server products, O365 technical background is a plus;
4.Ability to do file localization;
5.Good grammar and spelling in written communications;
6.Ability to multitask among multiple customers and applications;
7.Ability to work with complex procedures and program guidelines;
8.Patience and Empathy in customer interactions;
9.Active listening skills;
10.Inbound customer service skillset in field of software technologies;
