职位描述：
Work Scope:
 1. Switchboard operation; Answer and transfer phone call to targeted staff; Setup conference call.
 2. Ensure the high-level administrative support in Beijing office.
 3. Receive the expense report from other sites for management approval
 4. Ensure and enhance office security and housekeeping system
 5. Ensure office facilities in good operation, e.g. printers, copier, fax machine, stationary, etc.
 6. Liaise with property office and suppliers for office equipment maintenance
 7. Responsible for express, mailing, courier
 8. Meeting room booking arrangement & Meeting room facility checking & setup
 9. Manage and protect company assets and reduce administrative cost effectively, track and monitor all administrative expenses
 10. Attendance registration
 11. Other front desk support service as assigned by admin manager
  
Minimum Requirements:
 College degree or above
 1-3 years working experience as a receptionist or assistant in multinational enterprises is preferred.
 Good written and spoken English
 Good PC Skills, e.g. MS Office (Word, Excel)
 Willing to help
