职位描述：
Essential:
1. Previous management experience in a financial/commercial role with proven strong analytical and numerical skills
2. Ambassador for IKEA, working in a way which reflects the IKEA values
3. A thorough understanding of the profit and loss and the key performance measurements that we use to plan, follow up and steer the business
4. Proven record of consistency meeting agreed budgets and goals, working on plans over a number of years. Setting and implementing action plans and providing clear direction and following up goals
5. Ability to engage a receiver by creating a passion for our plans. Ability to inspire others to see possibilities
6. Ability to use common sense and take objective decisions based on analysis of available information
7. Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English – verbal and written
8. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – especially

Preferred:
1. Knowledge of the IKEA Concept, including our vision and business idea, IKEA culture and values, and how we create our business advantages
2. MS Office literate
