职位描述：
BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
-Coaching to project engineer and/or process engineer, lead the small functional team for the complex project development, continuous improvement and PLM management

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
-Co-work with NPI manger, to lead the critical or complex project introduction. Including the new process, new technology study and involve o its development
- Support the to key account or critical project’s RFQ, improve the cost competitive capability from material, process design, product design, etc
-Lead the internal DFM/DFX for project assigned. Analyses product field performance and identifies opportunities to increases product value and manufacturing effectiveness during the NPI phase.
-Lead the small functional team to perform the NPI procedure precisely. Collect the problems in prototype or PP stage, troubleshooting before the mass production
-Lead and coach internal members about the APAP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC procedure or tools, whenever there is a customer or product have such a requirement
-Working with process engineer to optimize the process, tools, fixtures and parameters during the mass production
-Implement the ECO 100% in time and precisely
-Involve the Lean activities. Co-work with NPI manager to draft the section Lean targets plan, monitoring and implement it

Dimensions / Scope
- Lead a temporary functional team, include project engineer, process engineer, relevant department members to a new project development
-Lead a similar functional team above, to perform a troubleshooting, or Lean Kaizen project

Interaction / Relationship
-Internal: PM/Production/PMC/Quality/Sales/Purchasing/SSD
-External: Supplier/Customer

Education, Qualification and training
-College education and major in mechanism

Experience or skills required
- 5+ year’s professional working experience in EMS manufacturing plant and duty on project development, the technical experience of telecom or automotive is preferred.
-Solid experience in sheet metal fabrication, assembly and integration process.
-Familiar with Pro/E and Solidworks operations in product design/developing.
-Senior & practical experience/skill in project development and management.
-Be familiar with tooling, fixture structure and manufacture machines.
-Be good at leadship experience and manage team work
-Excellent skill in commitment to result and time oriented and good faithfulness.
-English, more than CET-4, can read and write. Speaking is preferred.
-Should have the basic information security risk identification and judgment.
-Experience in PCBA， system integration will be preferred

-Solidworks
- Microsoft Project.
-AutoCAD software.
