职位描述：
Job duties:
1, Be responsible for open orders on correct artwork,preproduction sample,shipping mark, coordinate delivery date with vendor, shipment samples
2,Coordinate with R&D,Purchase,QC Dept & Shipping Dept to make sure open PO deliver on time with right quality
3,Update PO tracking list weekly to USA/UK office. Maintain and update PO tracking list daily
4,Filing artwork,paperwork from vendors/other departments which used for opening PO
5,Vendor's payment request submit and filing

Requirements:
1.Major in business English, foreign trade background
2. At least 2 years working experience with similar position
3.Communication skills in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
4.Team player and open-mind
