职位描述：
POSITION SUMMARY
IT Technician is responsible for provide 1st level IT support service to users and work with Global IT team on project.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
? Provide 1st level support service for office user, include client hardware/software, printer, telephone problem troubleshoot, user movement etc.
? Perform windows client system installation, configuration, upgrade and repair.
? Provide instruct and train to staff for software or program, company policy etc.
? Creating, maintaining and deleting user accounts in windows AD domain.
? Response for company PABX, CCTV and door card system maintenance.
? Assist IT assets manage and maintenance.
? Work with Global IT team and other teams finish company project.
? Performs other related duties as assigned.

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS
Education background: College degree & above
Type of experience:
? 2 years or above IT experience in windows AD Infrastructure;
? Familiar with Microsoft office, windows server, PABX and Cisco network equipment ;
? Good communication and interpersonal skill;
? Have good personality, work attitude and good team work spirit;
? Proficient in verbal and written English.
