Responsibilities

? Responsible for safety officer full functions, includes but not limited to:

? Develop & review & implement EHS policies and plans to ensure compliance with:

? Responsible for occupational health management from but not limited to:
负责职业健康管理，包括但不限于以下几个方面：
o Arrange the occupational hazard detection and arrange yearly occupational health inspection;
安排职业危害因素评价，并安排职业健康体检；
o According to law, declare the occupational disease to government；
根据法律，进行职业病申报；

o Hazardous chemical management:
危险化学品的管理：
o Improve the hazardous chemical management procedure;
完善危险化学品管理程序；
o Hazardous chemical purchasing permit management;
危险化学品化学品采购许可管理；
o Hazardous chemical issuance permit management;
危险化学品发放许可管理；
o Hazardous chemical safety storage management;
危险化学品安全储存管理；
o Hazardous chemical safety using, training, marking management;
危险化学品安全使用，培训，标识管理；

? Responsible for EHS monthly target & performance program management through:
负责EHS 年度目标及绩效考核管理，通过：
o Support to improve target & performance management program;
支持及改善目标及绩效管理项目；
o Conduct periodic performance review and improvement plan to help to achieve the annual target;
实施阶段性的绩效回顾及改善计划，以促进年度目标的达成；
o EHS monthly report and quarterly report statistic, analysis, improve;
EHS 月度和季度报 统计分析改善；

? Responsible for weekly EHS training & development program to develop and continuously improve full employees’ safety awareness;
负责周EHS 培训与发展项目的开发，持续提高全员安全意识；
o Coach and monitor training program implementation and assess the effectiveness timely;
辅导及监督培训项目的实施，及时评估培训的有效性；
o Make weekly training plan topic, prepare and implement training;
制定周培训计划内容，准备并实施培训；
o Special operator records and management;
特种作业人员登记管理；

? Equipment safety management:
设备安全管理：
o Build special equipment tracker list, ensure all special equipment and the other equipment are safely running;
建立特种设备管理清单，确保所有设备安全运行；
o Certificate management for special equipment operation;
特种设备操作人员资质管理；
o Evaluate position safety risk, build position safety work instruction standard;
评估岗位安全风险，建立岗位安全作业标准；
o Regularly implement weekly safety inspection, and push improvement;
定期进行安全检查并推行改善；

? Support operation function to achieve the EHS target
支持公司运营职能，以达成EHS 目标

? Fire protecting system management:
消防系统管理：
o Regularly implement monthly fire system inspection, monitor and maintenance；
定期执行月度消防系统检查，监督和维护；
o Make fire drill plan, and coordinate fire drill team safely implement fire drill semiannually;
每半年制定消防演习计划，协调消防演习小组安全实施消防演习；

? STOP card system management and maintenance;
STOP卡系统维护和管理;

? First aid system management and maintenance;
急救系统管理和维护；

? Tool box talk system management and maintenance;
Tool box 系统管理和维护

? PPE management ：
PPE 管理：
o PPE procure plan, issues management;
PPE 采购计划，发放管理；
o Regularly evaluate position safety risk, pushing equipment safety improvement and combine PPE protection, ensure employees safety production;
定期展开岗位安全风险分析，推行设备安全改善，并结合PPE 防护，确保员工安一生产；

? Incident ledger and incident responsibility person punishment proposal management
事故调查和责任人处分提议管理：
o Responsible for incident investigation and leading corrective and prevent action implement;
负责事故调查和领导实施纠正和预防行动；
o Responsible for penalty proposal for responsible person;
负责对事故责任人进行处理提议；

? Hazardous waste management:
危险废弃物管理；

? Ensure GlassPoint comply with Chinese relative EHS laws’
确保公司遵守中国相关环境健康安全法律；


Qualifications/ Skills

? Education:
教育：
Bachelor’s degree；
大学本科学历；
? Working experience:
工作经验：
o At least 7 years of professional working experience as an OHS officer (safety officer) or above is preferred;
至少5年作为职业健康安全管理或者以上职位专业领域的工作经验；
o At least 5 years of relevant safety officer experience;
至少5年安全主任工作经验；
o Experience with a foreign multinational company is highly preferred;
有外企工作经验更佳；


? Knowledge possessed:
知识具备：
o Familiar with EHS professional management knowledge;
熟悉EHS 专业管理知识；
o Solid knowledge on payroll, bonus and incentive systems, as well as allowances and social insurance policy;
在薪资、奖金及激励体系方面，以及津贴、社保政策方面有具体的知识；
o Familiar with Chinese EHS laws;
熟悉中国环境健康安全法规；
o Own safety officer certificate or above is preferred;
有安全主任或以上证书；
o Own OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 relative knowledge;
有OHSAS 18001和ISO 14001相关知识；
o Own industrial security system management knowledge;
有工业安全体系知识；
o Familiar with foreign company EHS management knowledge
熟悉外资企业EHS 管理知识；
o Pass CET-4

We are currently operating a 8,000 square meter factory in Shenzhen to that is now commencing volume production of their proprietary components for delivery to installations worldwide. The plant will eventually produce over one million square meters of parabolic collectors every year.
