W. L. Gore & Associates is looking for a Marketing Communications Professional to deliver clear, consistent brand messages. The successful candidate will develop and execute integrated marketing communications strategies, plans and tactics across multiple channels, to support business objectives within Gore’s Industrial Products division within the Asia Pacific region.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced challenging environment, have the ability to manage many tasks simultaneously and resolve problems promptly. He or she must work independently as well as interdependently within the team. This role provides the expertise that ensures that the integrated marketing plans developed within the marketing and business teams are completed in a timely manner with high internal customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
? Work with global business teams to conceptualize, recommend, develop, implement and communicate integrated marketing communication plans in support of multiple products and business-to-business channels.
? Collaborate with internal and external resources to develop tactical plans and drive them to completion. Tactical areas include on and offline advertising, public relations, channel marketing, website content, promotions, events, trade show displays and collateral.
? Manage a multitude of projects within a team environment and consistently communicate project status to business leaders, team members and a wide range of other internal and external stakeholders including sales, operations, product specialists, agencies and channel partners.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree, preferably in Marketing/Advertising, or equivalent business experience.
? 10+ years of hands-on experience in business-to-business marketing communications in the Asia Pacific region, preferably with technical products.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
? Proven skill at developing and activating integrated communications strategies, tactical projects/programs and promotional plans.
? Ability to conceptually visualize, communicate and articulate concepts to internal clients as well as vendors/suppliers.
? Ability to effectively brief and leverage Agency vendors or contractors.
? Experience with all marketing communications functions including e-marketing, advertising, public relations, online and off-line direct response, collateral, video production, trade shows and events.
? Working knowledge of graphic and media files, online marketing and print production.
? Proficient with Windows-based PC and a solid working knowledge of standard Microsoft applications.
? Proven ability to define metrics and track the performance of various online and off-line marketing activities.
? Demonstrated ability to drive multiple projects to completion with quality, speed and attention to detail.
? Success providing situational and team leadership, preferably across multiple locations
? Demonstrated good judgment under pressure and the ability and experience to work within a self-managed work team.
? Self-motivated, strong organizational skills.
? Should enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment.
