职位描述：
Job Purpose:
Support Purchasing department on daily operation work.
Key areas of accountability:
? Prepare monthly APAC material index-first draft;
? GSRS data collecting and consolidate/update in system;
? PCP development tracking file maintain;
? Working as support team member to IPs to release PO and material ETA tracking/reporting;
? Price of PCP per milestone maintain in share point;
? Well following and done the task purchasing manager assigned;
? Other PUR activities support needed like trip/transportation arrangement, meeting room booking.

Job scope:
Work under proper supervising and most tasks can be finished independently with relevant knowledge. Work can be done by following the set processes, interaction with both internal and external parties. Have direct impact to sample test result in certain levels.
Qualification:
? Academic/Professional Qualification: Bachelor degree;
? Working Experience: 1 ~2 years above on Purchasing/Assistant position;
? Expertise/Skills: familiar with purchasing process;
? Language skills: Fluent in English (both writing and verbal) and Mandarin;
? Personal Attributes: Can work under pressure, result-oriented, team player, can-do attitude, able to deliver commitment, Good communication skills and quick learner.
