职位描述：
Job Duties:
- Responsible for the product development with the supplier and technical support (Technical Design, Cost analysis…) to the Sourcing team
- Responsible for Product and Packaging Master Sample, set up with Supplier
- Continuous Management of the Factory performance and the Corrective Action Plans with quality engineer.
- Continuous improvement on the supplier process and product.
- Ensure proper cross-communication between Sourcing and supplier, on all product development and product-related issues.
- Build up and Manage Product Technical sheet, quality criteria and Inspection checklists with quality engineer.
- Ensure that the product comply with the tests and norms
- Other assignment arranged by the superior.
Requirements:
- College degree or above;
- At least 5 year experience in big trading company/retailers or manufacturers for furnishing, decoration and gardening etc. Technical/product engineering experience is preferred;
- Be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of one of following products(outdoor furniture, gardening, garden tools, BBQ, etc.);
- Knowledge of EU norms like EN581,EN12520,EN12521, EN14749,EN71;
- Sourcing & Mechanical Engineer background is needed;
- Knowledge about general testing and main EN standards;
- knowledge about raw material and finish goods markets price levels, able to perform price break down;
- Punctually, honesty, responsibility, patient, attentive, Compliant and enforceability;
- Cross function communication skills - English / Mandarin – Oral / Written
