Roles & Responsibilities:
Execute Sales and Marketing strategy with assigned Distributor
Achieve Isabellenhuette Customer Experience (Be Responsive, Be in Touch, Provide Solution)
Flexible response to evolving project needs and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
Analyze and research target segments to identify best customer opportunities for winning and utilize company resources to close new business and establish sustainable relationships with high profitability.
Responsible for Alignment of Operations of assigned accounts : Supply Chain, Finance, Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP), Customer Service and Accounts Receivable
Work with field applications engineer and relevant supporting members to complete the sales cycle. [RFI, RFQ, A-C Sample. DV, – SOP
Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Skills
Analytical skills, entrepreneurial mindset
Able to communicate, report at all levels internally and externally
Strong knowledge in Computer use
Fluent English is mandatory (oral & written)

Requirement
？ Over 5 years of relevant experience in the field of technical sales for passive or active components
Working Experience in foreign multinational company will be an advantage
Familiarity with automotive design cycle and requirement (APQP, TS16949)
Able to undertake Domestic and International travel with overnight stays away from home, sometimes at short notice (up to 40% traveling time in China )
Oral and Written English is a must

Education
Bachelor or above Degree in economics, electrical engineering, or Associate’s degree with equivalent industry‐relevant experience.
