1、30岁以下，本科及以上学历，机械、模具及高分子材料相关专业；985 或211院校毕业者优先录取
2、不低于六级英语资格证书（CET-6）或等同的级英语资格证书（能与国外客户进行全英文邮件沟通，编写专业英文报告，口语流利者优先）；
3、有较强的组织能力、沟通能力、处理问题的能力；责任心强，诚实稳重；
4、3年以上项目管理经验，熟悉五金、塑胶、铝挤产品的模具的制作和生产；
5、熟悉CAD、Pro/E或UG等相关设计软件；熟练各种掌握办公软件；

岗位职责：

你是客户和我们工厂之间的一站式技术服务员
1、负责与客户的沟通，专业、及时、主动，维护好客户关系；管理项目，确保按期完成；跟进供应商和工厂项目进度，满足客户交期。
2、负责项目的过程策划，制定项目进度，跟踪和报告项目进展，确保按期完成。
3、主持对新项目报价前的评审，召开项目启动会，评审模具设计结构及制造工艺，处理试模异常，出具修模方案，跟进客户ECN变更，跟进样板的交付和批复。
4、处理客户品质投诉、解决生产异常和跟进供应商问题；
5、协助部门主管编制、修订、整理、汇总生产技术文件、管理样板。

Job Description:

- We expect you act as a one-stop technical specialist between customer and factory. You are responsible in communicating with both customer and factory. You should be professional and initiative and give timely feedback in these communications.
- Assist sales on reviewing project cost and engineering documents in RFQ stage;
- Take the lead on new project evaluation, participate with factory in analyzing mold structure design and manufacturing process to work out a feasible execution plan, handling mold trial error and provide with proper solution;
- Draw up project schedule; hold project kick off meetings; control/monitor the project progress by different milestones, report project implementation status to relative parties.
- Work closely with factory and communicate with customer timely during the whole project cycle to make sure all customer’s requirements are meet and sample is delivered within schedule and be approved.
- Process ECN from customer.
- Handle customer’s complaints on quality issues; assist other departments with tech-related problems.
- Assist department manager to draft, amend, sort out and summarize technical documents and manage samples
- Other tasks assigned by managers/ group leader

What We Are Looking for in You:

- Bachelor degree or above in mechanic, molding or macro molecular material engineering; graduates from 985 or 211 universities is preferred.
- Pass CET-6 or same degree qualification certificate in English. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
- good ability in management, communication and problem solving. A stable personality and high sense of responsibility
- 3+years project management experience, familiar with metal, plastic and extraction mold design and manufacturing.
- Familiar with CAD, Pro/E or UG and MS-Office software
