Work with business team as HR Partner
? Find the right person for the right position according to business demand
? Define training demands and follow up development plan for individuals, new staff orientation;
? Cooperate with line managers to ensure all staff members are apprised according to company’s requirements; support line managers to manage outstanding performance cases, from handle the labor dispute, follow-up action plans to work on development plan for staff members;
? Organize staff activities for the teams, follow-up labor cases in the teams, together with line managers to ensure all people management activities are operating according to legal compliance
? Support the team to understand the compensation & benefits structure and practice of the company, answer inquiries from staff members
Recruitment & Selection
? Organize employer brand activities to build and maintain the employer brand of the company; organize recruiting activities to attract qualified candidates and ensure all recruiting activities are operated base on process accordingly and could facilitate employer brand;
? Active involve in manpower solution finding process and work out efficient talent solution with line managers whenever needed;
? Develop and maintain hiring channels to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of recruiting; keep good cooperation with recruiting vendors and ensure the services delivered from vendors are efficient in both cost and time;
? Coordinate the talent pool building process, align within the team in defining key positions and build up practical external talent pool to ensure a proactive recruitment function;
? Monitoring all hiring activities and ensure hiring procedure is implemented in both HR and business team properly
? Organize Job Description drafting and updating activities and ensure all staff members have effective job description; cooperate with the other HR teammates and line managers to ensure Job Description database is updated and reacts the actual situation;
Compensation & Benefit
? Coordinate compensation and benefits benchmarking activities; analyze market data and provide proper analysis to support compensation and benefits decisions;
? Organize and implement monthly payroll handling activities, annual bonus and MbO programs; ensure all these payroll activities and programs are running timely and accurately; coordinate salary payments and ensure all staff members are paid on time and accurately; ensure pay slips are delivered on time;
? Monitor attendance management; regularly review attendance situation and correct misconducts in attendance management proactively
? Monitor mandatory and supplementary benefits management and salary tax handling to ensure all practices are organized timely and accurately;
? Manage out-sourcing vendors and monitor the cooperation between vendor and the company; ensure labor dispatching and outsourcing practices are managed properly;
? Ensure all C&B events are organized in accordance with the government policies and regulations
Other activities like training or performance management may be assigned based on team situation
Requirement
? At least 5 years’ experience in HR field
? Knowledge and experience in recruitment and C&B; full function experience is plus
? Organization skill: able to organize staff events independently with utilizing the resources efficiently
? Language skills: good at speaking and writing in both mandarin and English
? Computer skills: familiar with MS office, excel, PPT, outlook
? Good Communication and presentation skills
? Good Negotiation and conflict management skills
? Open and approachable personality
? Project management skills: able to plan activities of a project under guidance; coordinate participants involved the project and organize activities according to planning
? Self-aware and willing to learn and improve; able to adopt herself/himself to the changeable environment
