职位描述:
This position is responsible for managing office general administration, including budgeting & cost control, administration regulation and procedures implementation, office renovation & maintenance, office inventories and supplies, company events on supporting Regional Administration Director on team operation.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day office general administration at whole company as per company guidelines/standards to meet customer satisfaction;
2. Create administration management policies and process, maintain and optimize it regularly ;
3. Liaise with office building management for property management services and office renovation & maintenance;
4. Be a contact window between government and company, deliver government policy or regulations impacting business and operation in local.
5. Responsible for sourcing, negotiating and monitoring daily supplies, constantly driving for cost reduction initiatives and manage all general administrative costs effectively;
6. Organize regular conferences, employee and company activities;
7. Responsible for shuttle bus management and route optimization;
8. Responsible for travel arrangement and scheduling for the company, responsible for booking flights and accommodations based on individual needs and flexibly to make changes and follow up;
9. Support ad-hoc project as required

Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration
2. At least 8 years of relevant experience in administration, MNC will be preferred;
3. Demonstrated experience in full spectrum of administration functions;
4. Knowledge of administration best practices, systems, concepts, and methodologies;
5. Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (both written and spoken);
