Study the technical feasibility when designing a product or a range of products with designers with a "design to cost" approach. Propose, study and implement product and organizational innovations
Ensure the development of the technical know-how of the company, develop competitive advantages of our products (realization of value analyzes) and participate in the modernity of the company's processes and means of production,
Participates in studies of new industrial investments, investment choices, improvements and adaptations of our "Group" and Sub-contractor production sites (implementation of a production line, new construction projects, etc.).
Participate in the validation and qualification of subcontractors and industrial partners
Validate and qualify our products and subcontracted products via our laboratory
Ensure the optimization of management and control investments and metrology: optimization of on line production control facilities, validation and qualifications (laboratories)
Support the marketing and sales function on major projects or strategic projects
Define and control the implementation of control documents produced by the CQP service in our various production sites (France, Romania, China to date)) for later
Intervene as a technical expert in the analysis of Non Conformed Products and participate in the decision of corrective and preventive actions
Monitoring of Industrial Property and Financing Innovation with Financial Services and General Management
Manage your design department, Codification and laboratory teams
Accompany the industrialization phase of the products.

Skills
Plasturgy, fine sheet metal and guided optics.
At least 10 years of experience in a similar job.
Extrusion skills and signal processing would be a plus.
Project management skills are imperative.
Good English level needed.
Good French level better

In France and China, our teams are experts in ERP processes (Sales, Purchases, Finance, and Manufacturing) and implement made-to-measure ERP systems. In France, we are certified as an official training organization. In Indonesia, our in-house team (no outsourcing) manages our infrastructure, develops all specific/made-to-measure ERP functions and is responsible for technical project management.
