职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、协助审查项目方案或计划，确定项目时间、资金限制、完成的程序、人员配置要求和可分配资源及分配到方案各个阶段的情况；
Assists in the review of program proposals or plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
2、与项目管理层、运营部和其他部门的管理人员协商，制定工作计划，分配职责、职责和范围，获取技术咨询和解决问题；
Confers with appropriate managers within Program Management, Operations and others to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority, and to receive technical advice and resolve problems.
3、与项目经理/工程经理合作，协调CFT成员的活动，以确保项目进度按规定的预算进行，包括促进必要的矩阵关系；
Works with Program/Engineering Manager to coordinate activities of Customer Focus Team (CFT) members to ensure program progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget, including facilitating the necessary matrix relationships.
4、审核CFT成员的状态报告，并按计划或进度进行修改；
Reviews status reports prepared by Customer Focus Team (CFT) members and modifies schedules or plans as required.
5、为管理人员、客户或其他人准备项目报告。
Prepares program reports for management, client, or others.

任职资格：
1、专业不限，本科及以上学历，3年以上项目管理的相关经验；
3+ years experience in program administration/ management or related area.
2、工厂制造项目跟单经验，有基础的项目管理知识；
Various manufacturing disciplines. Basic project management.
3、能够在跨职能协作团队的环境中工作；
Ability to work in an environment that embraces cross-functional collaborative team.
4、能够独立工作并乐于接受新的挑战；
Able to work independently and willingly to take new challenges.
5、良好的英语听说读写能力。
Good command of English skill.
