MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Main Responsibilities
- Helpdesk Level 1/2
- Project supporting
- Documentation
- Training and development
- Daily IT supporting to end user, including computer, software, user account, printer, telephone, cabling and so on
- End user accounts, groups and mailboxes management
- Anti-virus clients supporting and troubling, response security risks cases
- Basic Windows server maintenance
- Basic PABX supporting
- Basic network supporting
- Video and voice conference managing
- IT related device and system maintenance and supporting
- Inventory management of all IT assets
- Assist global IT teams’ projects, tasks, testing, and troubleshooting
- Emergency case supporting. Willing to 24 hours standby of IT related urgent cases
- Small business application development
- Provide basic IT trainings to end user
- Create and maintain IT related knowledge base, user guide, and manual to end user
- Bachelor degree of Computer Science or related
- Familiar with hardware and software (Microsoft platform)
- Basic knowledge of networking
- Basic knowledge of telephone system
- Good communication
- Smart, studious, passion and kind
- Good in oral and written in both English and Mandarin
- Detail oriented, willing to learn technique, and self-access learning style
- Good documentation skills
- MCSE, CCNA is preferred
