职位描述：
岗位职责：
仓库经理1名，仓库管理3名 （薪资待遇面谈）上班地址：深圳市宝安区福永
1.负责高货架分拣配送中心的所有日常经营管理工作，制定部门工作计划，规范并不断优化流程；
2.衔接公司相关业务部门的协调贺沟通工作；
3.引领物流仓分拣配送中心达成各项KPI指标；
4.优化并提升分拣效率和准确率；
5.库存损益的控制、库存的优化控制；
6.培养，培训管理干部，建立有效的组织架构；
7.其他领导交代的工作。

任职资格：
1.主管级需5年以上电商仓库的管理工作经验，经理级需10年以上中大型仓库管理经验；
2.有领导过30人以上的团队管理经验；
3.具良好的沟通协调能力，熟练使用电脑；
4.熟悉物流仓储业务流程；
5.主管级英语熟练流利者优先考虑，经理级需具备基本业务的英文沟通能力。
