Job Description
Customer Service Specialist (Industrial Sales)

Job Summary: Undertake Industrial Sales Support and Administrative duties, processing sales lead, managing correspondence between sales team and clients, monitoring customer accounts and answering phone calls.

Principal Responsibilities:
? Generates and processes new sales leads as necessary
? Takes sales information and puts it into an easily readable format
? Answers phone calls from customers and deals with problems as they arise
? Arranges appointments with clients and sales team
? Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
? Updates all contact information for clients
? Deals with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary
? Arranges travel and accommodations for any sales person that is meeting clients outside of the office
? Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports, preparing of minutes of meeting or presenting sales team with necessary documents

Job Requirements:
? Receive inquiries and evaluate the information provided, coordinate with Supply Chain Specialist and PCY Customer Service on materials availabilities and correct pricing required to create a proper quotation.
? Coordinate with the Supply Chain Specialist on the correct transportation pricing and transit times as required.
? Review each request for customer specifications, commercial terms, and financial terms and communicate with other departments within the PCY organization to prepare the appropriate response to the customer.
? Communicate with Supply Chain Specialist in ensuring that deliveries of materials to customers and follow up action as require till completion of an orders
? Maintain good relations between and within departments to facilitate efficient operations.
? Facilitating, communication and assist in implementation with Industrial Sales marketing initiatives.
? Effective communication with all levels of the organization.
? Develop communication and working relationships with supervisor.

Skills and Qualification:
? People Person, Time Oriented, Great Verbal and Written Communication Skills in both Chinese and English Language, Basic Math Skills, Basic Computer Literacy in Microsoft Words, Excel and Access (optional), Customer Relations, Customer Complaints, Crisis Management, Reporting Skills, Administrative Skills, Attention to Detail.
? Tertiary Education with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales / customer service in an international company is preferred.
