Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
1) Administrate execution of multiple strategic projects with high operational impact
2) Deliver & drive special projects concerning the product portfolio extension
3) Set up milestone plan, steer the activities based on the timeline and tasks, meanwhile prepare project reporting for above projects
2. Strategy Insights & Planning:
1) Support in the analysis of business performance & business model optimization
2) Create and deliver regular briefing documents, business reviews, EXCOM's, board meetings, dealer conferences and steering committees
3) Analyze trends & monitor KPI reporting by conducting related analysis for business reviews
4) Complete other strategic tasks assigned by the Managing Director
3. Digital Transformation:
1) Responsible for the strategic implementation of new digital business solutions (e.g. development of an end-of-term process)
2) Coordinate existing digital projects with international project teams
3) Responsible for administration of internal back office systems including incident & change management and continuous development
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or master degree, majored in management, economics, business administration or financial economics is preferred
2. At least 1-2 years related work experience in the area of financial services or the automotive industry is desirable
3. Proactive attitude, highly self-motivated, stress resistant and diligent
4. Good command of MS office, especially in PPT & Excel
5. Fluent in both oral and written English
