职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、根据公司岗位需求，完成招聘工作；
2、结合公司发展实际状况和岗位设置的情况，开发适合的招聘渠道；
3、定期更新网上招聘信息，维护公司招聘网站；
4、公司各项招聘活动的实施、协调和跟进工作；
5、负责简历筛选、意向沟通、面试邀约、背景调查等招聘各环节具体实施工作；
6、完成上级安排的其他工作任务。

任职要求：
1. 本科学历，人力资源、工商管理、英语等相关专业优先；
2. 3年以上招聘工作经验，熟悉大型企业招聘体系及流程；
3. 有外企工、研发人员招聘经验优先，良好的英语读写能力；
4. 优秀的沟通能力，耐心、细心，以及严谨的逻辑思维能力；
5. 具有高度的责任心、团队协作、结果导向及压力承受能力。
