职位描述：
1、负责公司的环境卫生检查和消防安全管理工作。
2、负责员工宿舍及食堂的监管工作，满足公司的后勤保障要求。
3、负责公司车辆的调配及管理；
4、负责公司固定资产登记、变更、盘点等管理工作。
5、负责组织企业文化建设工作，包括会务组织、文体活动安排、生日礼物及其他福利的发放；
6、负责政府外联的相关事务，例：资质和证书的申办、知识产权、员工公务证件、政府补贴等相关工作的申请和办理；
7、负责各项行政后勤工作的执行，完成上级安排的各项工作。


任职资格：
教育水平：大专或以上学历
专业要求：行政管理等相关专业
工作经验：2年以上行政工作经验
知识要求：具备行政管理知识，会处理电脑故障者优先考虑。
办公软件：熟练使用EXCEL、WORD、PPT等办公软件。
能力要求：具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力
职业素养：有良好的责任心，态度积极主动，服从上级管理
