职位描述：
负责激光工序生产管理、订单跟进、技术问题解决、人员管理， 必须具备以激光机作为生产设备的相关产品生产管理、工艺管理相关经验。

Duties and Responsibilities
1.Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
2.Establishing productive working relationships with engineering, planning, design teams to maintain customary liaison.
3.Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; developing personal growth opportunities.
4.Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
5.Delivering quality engineering production solutions in learned response to development, hardware, manufacturing, and operational needs.
6.Planning, determining, coordinating, and controlling the processes concerning to production
7.Ensuring that strong and efficient teamwork culture exists within the production team.
8.Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing change.
9.Taking initiation and directing various procedures to increase final outcome of the organization.
10.Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
11.Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.
12.Identifying risk mitigation actions and risks.
13.Mentoring and developing novice production foreman.
Job Requirement
1.College degree, majoring in Engineering, with electrical and mechanical knowledge and skills, can read mechanical and electrical drawings of equipment.
2.At least 6 years relevant experience in production environment and managing/supervise group of peoples.
3.Familiar with Laser Cutting Technology and processes.
4.Have good communication and coordination ability, good teamwork and learning ability, strong sense of responsibility.
5.Good communication and written in English.
6.Experiences in Digital Printing industrial would be added advantage.
