For our Healthcare Division in SHENZHEN,we are looking for a SSMR（MR）order management specialist订单管理专员.

What are my responsibilities?

确认新订单的准时进入及订单信息在系统间的同步传递,以确保全球财务数据同步。

--Communicate with customers based on the last call/ deadline process, confirm the demand delivery date and customized system configuration. Maintain the required data into different systems，to ensure order management process go well.

根据订单流程，与客户沟通并确认订单发货时间和系统配置。将发货日期维护进相应的系统例如, ZMT1, P41, OZ2, 以确保订单管理流程顺利执行。

--Measurement of compliance with the delivery quantities and deadlines, in order to initiate proactive measures for optimizing delivery reliability in good time.

通过协调发货数量和期限是否符合订单要求，及时地采取积极措施提高发货可靠性。

--Dispatch invoicing for finished goods in time, in order to ensure timely dispatch and delivery reliability to the customer and a corresponding value flow. To ensure the relevant sales income can be booked in time.

及时检查成品的发货时间和调度/发票开具以确保对客户的准时调度和交付可靠性及相应的价值流，以确保相应的销售收益及时入账。

--Work together with team leader to ensure the core role as "order management & fulfillment" in SSMR can run in an efficient and positive way, to ensure customer continuous satisfaction.

与主管一起更积极有效地发挥好“订单管理与履行”在SSMR的核心作用，确保客户的持续满意度。

---Join new product PSG meeting on behalf of logistics order management function, pass related info back to logistics teams and pass on logistics points from knowledge/experience at the project earlier phase, to ensure logistics' support on project to be more professional.

代表物流部订单管理职能参与新产品项目会议，及时将信息传达回部门并及时根据经验/知识尽早将物流部的观点带到项目会上，以确保物流部门对于项目的支持更加及时与专业。

--Study advanced Logistics idea and tools, with the team leader support, introduce and implement some tools to bring more benefit for SSMR Logistics operation.

在主管的支持与帮助下，研究和引入先进的物流相关好主意或者好工具，以改善SSMR物流操作。

--Contribute to cooperation with all others involved and with interface partners and pass on all relevant information, in order to keep themselves and others informed and create an optimum logistics chain.

向各关联方提供信息和支持，以最终优化供应链.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Experience (type) 相关工作经验

----At least 2 years work experience in logistics or in related functional areas. The work experience at multi-national company will be the plus.2年以上物流或供应链工作经验，具备跨国公司工作经验者优先。

Other Knowledge/Skill/Experience其他知识/技能/经验

---Man is preferred

---Good English skills (oral/writing/listening); / 良好的英语听说读写能力

----Advanced ERP skills; / 较强的企业资源软件应用能力

----Advanced Microsoft office skills (Excel, word, power-point, project, etc.) / 较强的办公软件应用能力

---Basic commercial knowledge. / 具备商务基础概念

---Understanding on whole supply chain operation logic. / 了解并理解供应链整体运作理念

---Good sense of responsibility. Cautious. Good communication skills, good team work spirit. / 责任心，细心，擅于交流，团队合作精神

---Be willing to take challenges and work under stress. / 愿意承担压力，接受挑战
