Senior Audio Engineer

A Senior Audio Engineer position from BQ HW department is offered to have full responsibility for BQ devices audio components, design, development and manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

1. Selection, evaluation and design of electroacoustic components (Speaker, Receiver, MIC, etc);
2. Design and optimize the schematic and layout of audio;
3. Audio cavity structure design evaluation and guidance;
4. Audio parameters and performance debugging and optimizing;
5. Supplier audio quality control plan definition and implementation during manufacturing.


Background Requirements

1. 4+ years experience in mobile phone audio design and development;
2. Understanding about acoustic, mechanic and EE design requirements;
3. Familiar with laboratory testing of isolation, noise, THD, and other performance parameters;
4. Familiar with audio system bring up and optimizing audio performance by software and driver;
5. Broad and deep experience with audio input/output & software/hardware subsystems including microphones, speakers, drivers, input/output stages, analog/digital signal processing;
6. Familiar with schematic and PCB layout placement;
7. High level of written and spoken English;

岗位职责

1. 负责音频主要器件的选型、评估和设计，比如Speaker, receiver和MIC等；
2. 负责音频原理图和PCB设计；
3. 负责音腔的结构设计评估有优化；
4. 负责音频的主客观参数调试和优化；
5. 把控各供应商的生产及品质管控，确保质量和进度；

岗位要求
1. 音频、电声或电子等专业本科及以上学历，4年以上的高通平台手机音频开发经验；
2. 熟悉如何将产品需求转化成电声、结构和电子的设计要求；
3. 熟悉隔离度、噪声、TDD noise等主客观性能的测试评估；
4. 熟悉音频系统的bring up，能与软件一起调试驱动优化音频参数及性能；
5. 熟悉音频和结构的板级设计，熟悉音频从结构端到电子，软件等输入输出的处理过程和信号流向；
6. 熟悉原理图和PCB摆件，善于优化音频走线，获得最小的干扰；
7. 高水平的口语和书面英语
