职位描述：
a) Interacts with clients and translate customer / business requirements into deliverables
b) Work closely with all functional departments so as to provide a one stop solution for customers
c) Manage customer’s feedback and complaints and work with internal groups to make the necessary rectifications
d) Suggest alternative cost-effective manufacturing methods, and materials in consultation with Purchasing, Manufacturing and Logistics
e) Meeting up with customer for better rapport
f) Work with ModusLink global sites to establish information related to accounts
g) Advise customer on delivery schedule/inventory availability
h) Review and analyze periodically on overall sales positioning against budget
i) Manage inventory turns and monitor forecast accuracy and inventory liability caused by customers.
j) Ensure on time payment from customers
k) Keep up with the latest in prices of purchase components
l) Review and evaluate existing pricing structure/model to ensure that they are kept within the profitable margins
m) Meet suppliers to understand manufacturing process and costing structure when necessary
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历；
2、3年以上大型外企相关客服业务跟单管理和项目管理经验，熟悉供应商原材料报价结构和控制成本；
3、英语听说读写流利；
4、.良好的沟通协调能力和统筹规划能力，能进行团队建设和管理。
