Essential Responsibilities

运营部新项目经理需要管理Sonim品牌手机产品及配件产品项目的产品导入、试产及量产准备，物流规划以及相关的变化管理，有效确保运营部门相关的项目进度、质量及交付。全球项目经理需要与公司管理团队、工程团队、销售团队及运营团队紧密合作，以达成目标。
The role of the OPM is to manage Sonim’s new mobiles and accessories projects introduction to operation, pilot run, ramp up, delivery process and related change management. As the Operation project Manager you will interact closely with our management team, our engineering team, our sales team as well as our Operation team. You will ensure timelines、quality and delivery for operation team.


基本要求

λ 通讯、计算机及相关专业本科以上学历，有硕士、MBA学位优先考虑
Bachelor degree in a related field, Masters or MBA a plus
λ 精通项目管理相关工具的使用
Mastery of relevant tool of project management.
λ 具备移动产品、移动平台工作经验
Background in mobile industry, mobile platform(s).
λ 具备良好的跨组织协调能力，能综合考虑业务、产品和技术等各方面，具备良好的分析、解决问题的能力。
Personal credibility, maturity and finesse to manage multiple stakeholders in a complex organization, addressing issues combining business, product and technical aspects.
λ 具备良好的演示能力，有能力构建、推动和影响跨组织的高效团队，以达成端到端的交付。
Demonstrated capacity to establish,  drive  and influence cross-functional networks with full responsibility for end-to-end delivery
λ 具备良好的沟通能力，具备流利的英文口语、书面能力。
Excellent communications skills. Fluent English, both in spoken and written form


工作经历要求
Working Experience

λ 十年以上移动通讯、消费服务类产品项目管理相关领域工作经验，对于业界发展、跨部门合作、和项目管理本身有自己的见解。
Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, in mobile industry, consumer service creation and project management. Solid understanding of the industry, combined with experience in cross function team work and project management.
λ 六年以上手机项目管理经验，有全球项目管理经验的优先考虑。
6+ years experience in mobile phone project management especially global mobile phone project management.
λ 具备手机项目管理、试产管理、变更管理等工程经验。
Experience with mobile phone project management/pilot run management and related change management.
λ 熟悉计划管理，物料管理和生产管理。
Experience with mobile phone planning process, material preparation and production management.
