职位描述：
Channel Operations (Contractor) is an individual contributor working as part of a APAC channel operation team which helps support the PTC partners through, deal registration management, data collection and analysis.

Responsibilities:
? Regional Execution of deal registration
? Partner enquiries on opportunities or system.
? Deal Operations
? Non-Compliance Validation & Penalties
? Ad hoc and regular reporting and analysis

Qualifications and Competency:
o Bachelor’s Degree and above
o Excellent speaking and writing in both of English and Chinese.
o Excellent in MS Office Excel, Access, Word, Power Point, etc.
o Experience with the Salesforce.com
o Detail and Result oriented/motivated

o Customer focused, action oriented and committed to driving quality results
o Able to quickly learn and adapt to new process and technologies in order to meet business needs and drive business value; Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning
o Strong analytical and problem solving skills using a comprehensive approach with high attention to detail
