职位描述：
主要职责/Major Responsibilities:
? 建立安防、一卡通系统及IT机房等管理体系，制定整体目标、管理标准及流程；
? 负责公司IT设备资产的管理，IT资产管理流程的建立与完善；
? 按照事件管理流程进行用户IT故障管理/跟进处理；
? IT相关需求的收集与协调，与用户沟通相关的IT需求，在实施过程中进行跟进及反馈；
? 管理供应商进行监控系统、门禁考勤系统,会议系统、IT机房的定期维护和巡检；
? 管理IT工厂支持人员完成工厂外设的定期维护；
? 完成IT运营相关（机房、外设管理和安防一卡通系统等）的日常运营维护、事务处理，系统管理等作业指导书的编写；
? 组织对服务供应商业务能力进行系统评价考核，管理供应商以及协调业务单位在规定时间内按照SLA/KPI水平进行服务交付；
? 为上级主管提供支持。

任职要求/ Qualifications:

? 信息技术相关专业大学本科及以上学历,具有相关专业认证者优先；
? Bachelor degree or above in information technology related diploma, professional certification of relevant IT areas is preferred;
? 熟悉windows/Linux的基本操作，熟悉常用软件的安装、配置和管理、维护、优化;
Familiar with basic system administration of window/Linux, Familiar with installation, configuration, maintenance, tuning of common applications.
? 熟悉网络架构，具备基本的网络故障排错能力
Familiar with network, Good network trouble-shooting will be plus.
? 2年IT工作经验，熟悉ITIL运维流程及有项目协调管理经验优先，对于IT硬件，软件及应用程序有较广泛的储备知识以确保今后对IT设备调试更换做出准确的判断；
? 2 years work experience, familiarity of ITIL and project coordination experience is preferred. Good horizontal general knowledge of IT hardware, software and applications in order to ensure the accurate approval of IT modifications;
? 具有热忱的工作积极性及高度的责任感；
? The cordial work activity and high responsibility;
? 强烈的自我学习意识及沟通协调能力；
? The strongest self-study consciousness and communication coordination skills;
? 良好的英语写作、口语能力。
? Good English speaking/reading/writing skills.
