职位描述：
A US trading company in SZ is looking for a QC manager to manage the inspection operation and supervise 30 inspectors.Approximately 12,000 inspections are performed per year in over 500 factories.
Duties:
-1 Provide trainings to QC
-2 Establish SOPs for the inspection system
-3 Monitor the inspection schedule to meet the shipment
-4 QC department management
-5 Review and approve the inspection reports
-6 Budget control and analysis
-7 Propose Corrective/Preventive Action Plan for the claim
-8 Up to 30% of time domestic(China)travel is expected
Qualifications:
-1 Minimum 5 years'experience in managing QC operations and activities,including financial responsibilities and group planning
-2 Degree holder or above(prefer engineering,industrial or quality management)
-3 Bilingual in Mandarin and English,both written and spoken.
-4 Experience in working with China based factories is required.
-5 A wide knowledge of different manufacturing processes,product quality and safety check
-6 Understand"5 Why","8D"or"FMEA" approach for failure analysis
-7 Sound knowledge of QC operation and practice
-8 Team player
The person must be honesty, responsible,self-motivated and possess a “Can do” attitude.The position reports to the Senior Vice president of Quality and is located at the Shenzhen headquarters office.
