职位描述：
Job Description

1. Evaluate the current skill of the team & the tools (software)
2. Review & optimize the operation process.
3. Share and train to the team for new / hidden practical functions of corresponding software.
4. Initiate / drive possible automation projects of any artwork process.
5. Set up standards & SOP for the team.
6. Communicate with Head office/cross functional departments for new process / project implementation.
7. Artwork Designing
8. Reporting to Management

Competency Requirement
1. Education Background:
    Bachelor degree or equivalent qualifications, preferably in Art & Design or related Discipline.
2. Working Experience:
    Above 5 years’ experience in Art & Design field.
3. Knowledge & Skills
    Knowledge on Graphic design, Art design, Logo design, Image edit, Visual Identify system.
    Knowledge of print, screen print, fonts, pantone color.
4. Language Skills
    Good at English, including Speaking, writing and reading.
5. Technology Skills
    Strong skills of Adobe CS / CC, InDesign, AI, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft office and SketchUP.
6. Trait
    Responsible, Innovative, Honest, Open Minded, Team Player

Performance Standard / Expectation
1. Upscale the Operational & software skill of the team.
2. Set up the operation standard

Training and Development Path
Management & project management Skills, Art design, Photograph, Print knowledge’s and so on.
