职位描述：
1) Shipment Planning
- based on the QC Forecast (Merchandising) and QC Booking (QC), the Shipping Coordinator will work out the Shipping Planning for the coming 2 weeks.

2) Shipment Booking Placing
- based on the update QC Approval status, the Shipping Coordinator will check the cargo booking status with the suppliers to ensure Cargo Booking is placed immediately after QC / QA passed.

3) Shipment Booking Approval
- based on the Cargo Booking copy from supplier to Panalpina, the Shipping Coordinator will collaborate with Panalpina to give immediate cargo hand-over approval to supplier, this included :
   3.1 - getting approval from Prenatal Italy for any shortage or overage qties over 5%;
   3.2 - giving immediate approval on pending QC approval status in the system;
   3.3 - check if the Shipping mode (sea or air) is properly described in the cargo booking;
   
4) Follow up the Hand-over status of Cargo
  4.1 - after cargo booking approved, the Shipping Coordinator will check with the cargo forwarder to ensure the goods are delivered to the CFS within reasonable transit time.
  4.2 - to communicate with Panalpina and ensure the goods are loaded on the designated last vessel agreed in case of urgent or last minute shipments.
  4.3 - in the case of Airfreight, obtain the Master Air Way Bill from the supplier to verify the cargo had been airlifted within the timely manner.
  4.4 - report any backlog in the transit or shipping.

5) Updating the SAP
   5.1 - Updating the SAP daily with the latest info from merchandising staff on the Data EX Riv2;
   5.2 - Check and maintain on the SAP to ensure the orders are updated with the correct shipping mode and incoterm (i.e. FOB, CPT, by Air =1, by Sea=4 ……etc.)

6) L/C processing of Bangladesh suppliers
  6.1 – checking SBD, PO and PI
  6.2 - checking if the delivery date is correct,
  6.3 - checking if the unit price is correct,
  6.4 - checking if Beneficiary's details and payment terms are correct;
