岗位职责：
Perform major and some feasibility project, Deliver on time, on spec with high quality. Have sense and global mind to arrange work to align program schedules and technical objectivesResponsible for coordinating and performing process definition, control, improvement, implementation, and cost of major projects in area of expertise. Actively do some innovation to improve quality and efficiency of firmware design. Submit / participate at least 1 WIDS every year.Act as expert of RAE firmware team to communicate with other side or some vendors.Guide other engineer to analysis and resolve issue, Collect and share knowledge to avoid some common and repeated issues.Review and help to improve other engineer’s design.Process day-to-day tasks assigned by department manager.
任职要求：
Bachelor or Master Degree of Electrical Engineering, Controls, Computer Science or equivalentMust have a proven experience in development in C and assembler on embedded systems based on microcontrollers.Must have a proven experience in designing application firmware and drivers base on RTOS, such as uCOS-II or others.Good understanding of hardware, software and system design methodologies and processes in embedded design area.Must very familiar with RAE sensor working principle and algorithm.Must be familiar with one of auto-test tools.At least done 2 successful major projects on firmware design, involved as creative staff.Good English skill in reading, writing and speaking;Good communication skills and excellence of team working;
