职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、 为新兴标准无线物联网系统提供嵌入式软件的设计、开发和测试；
Design, develop, and test embedded applications for cutting edge wireless IoT systems built on emerging standards.
2、 与管理层沟通，了解产品需求，并按规范设计，编写可靠、高效、可维护的代码；
Communicate with management to understand product requirements and produce designs to specification，produce reliable, efficient, and maintainable code;
3、 创建与维护软件需求及设计规范；确保软件质量，提高测试覆盖率和测试自动能力
Create and maintain software requirements and design specifications; Work proactively with software quality assurance to improve our test coverage and testing automation capability;
4、 进行设计评审，确保设计具有高度模块化、可移植性和优化性能；
Conduct design reviews and ensure that the designs are highly modular, portable, and optimized for performance;
5、 参与行业联盟和标准委员会；
Participate in Industry Alliances and Standards Committees;
6、 上级其他临时交办的事务。

任职资格：
1、 本科以上学历，计算机科学、电子信息技术等相关专业， 5年以上嵌入式软件设计、开发经验；
BS, MS preferred, in Computer Science or related technical field，with minimum 5 years Embedded Software design and development
2、精通C语言，Linux和嵌入式Linux，熟悉脚本语言（Bash, Python, Perl等）
Experience with the use of C, Linux and embedded Linux，scripting (Bash, Python, Perl, etc.)
3、熟悉源代码管理工具的使用（SVN, GIT），掌握Linux环境下调试工具的使用；
Experience with the use of source code management tools (SVN, GIT)，debugging tools in an embedded environment
4、对网络协议有很强的了解和理解，熟悉无线协议（Wi-Fi, 蓝牙, ZigBee和Z-Wave）的优先
Strong knowledge and understanding of networking protocols, experience with wireless protocols (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, ZigBee, Z-Wave) is a plus
5、精通Android , iOS 系统，C++的优先。
Detailed knowledge of Android and iOS, C++ is a plus
6、较强的解决问题的能力，注重细节，有发现和定义问题，分析结果，确定可能的解决方案的能力。
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to detect and define problems, analyze results, and determine possible solutions
7、能够理解产品和功能需求，创建文档和规范功能的能力；
Ability to understand product and feature requirements to create documentation and functional specifications
8、具备独立、高效、高质量地完成任务的能力
Ability to execute projects with minimal supervision, ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast pace environment, demonstrated track record of delivering high quality software.
9、能在多元化、快节奏的环境中工作；接受国内、国外出差(可能）。
Work in a dynamic, fast-paced multi-site environment, accept some domestic and international travel.
