职位描述：
Senior Staff Memory Design Engineer

We are looking for passionate/innovative memory design Engineer at Xingmem Inc. you will be responsible for developing various memory product for different applications including low power and mobile.

The job duties include circuit level design for high efficiency array and low power consumption and high speed circuit. The design engineer also needs to work very closely with layout engineer to achieve best floorplan and structure and area.
Other responsibilities include:
- Memory interface design include DDR and synchronize design.
- High speed Decoding/encoding/datapath circuit design.
- Circuit simulation in finesim/verilog.

Successful candidates for this position will have:
-deep knowledge of SRAM and DRAM product.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in memory circuit design, array structure design and VLSI design.
- The ability to work in a team environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Self-motivation and enthusiasm.

Education:
Position requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 5 years’ experience in memory area.
